PRP
PRP Series – Pro Recycling Plant is MİZAR’s heavy-duty cable recycling line, transforming mixed scrap cables into high-purity copper, aluminum and plastic granules.
The line processes a wide range of cable types, including power and installation cables, automotive wiring harnesses, telecom and data cables, household and appliance cables, and mixed copper and aluminum scrap cables.
Cables are shredded by the Single Shaft Shredder, cleaned of ferrous parts by the Overbelt Magnetic Separator and granulated by the Fine Granulator. The Zigzag Separator separates the heavy fractions, the Turbo Mill liberates fine copper wires and the Densimetric Separator separates metal from plastic, while the Dust Collector keeps the working area clean.
Operated via a PLC-controlled system, the PRP Series is available in S, M, L and XL configurations with capacities of up to 2,000 kg/h.
